• Education:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Data Science

  • Master’s degree holders or those with special certificates will get preference

  • Maximum age is 26 years on the last date to apply
• Experience:
  • 1 year of experience is preferred

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Stay updated on digital banking trends and new technologies
• Support users by training them on new digital tools and platforms
• Help customers and staff with any digital banking problems
• Assist in new digital banking projects and ensure timely delivery
