• Experience: 10 years in IT, especially in web application development, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies. Must have experience with database design and software engineering.

4. Director (Partnership & Collaboration)

• Number of Posts: 1
• Age Limit: 35 to 50 years
• Qualification: 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Business, Management, Arts or Humanities (M.Phil or PhD preferred).
• Experience: 10 years experience in partnership management, planning, or work with NGOs, donors, or government.

5. Director (Monitoring & Evaluation)

• Number of Posts: 1
• Age Limit: 35 to 50 years
• Qualification: Same as above (Social Sciences, Business, Management, Arts or Humanities).
• Experience: 10 years post-qualification, with 3 years at senior level in monitoring, management, or planning roles.

6. Director (Corporate Communication)

• Number of Posts: 1
• Age Limit: 35 to 50 years
• Qualification: 16 years of education in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business Studies, Development Studies, Public Policy, or LLB (Preference for LLM holders).
• Experience: 10 years in media management, CSR, administration, monitoring, or communication roles.
